I've been going to see Annette at GZM for at least 3 years now. I never know what kind of hair I want. But I can go to Annette and say, "Give me great hair!" and she has a gift for translating that vague notion into a cut that works for me. It's not the same every time--she can read my frustrations ("I liked the bangs in theory, but they drove me crazy..."), and then create something new (like a cut that "swoops" like bangs, without actually sticking to my forehead).

I saw Keith once and he was just as good. At their old location, there used to be a charming bulldog. And, they give you tea. What's not to like?

The new location is amazing, very clean and hip. The staff is all really nice. My hair was damaged from using the flat iron too often. First, I got an awesome shampoo/head massage which we all know is one of the best parts of going to the salon. Then Kristy gave me a conditioning treatment that made my thirsty hair feel quenched and soft again! She also styled it so I was ready to walk out of there for a night on the town! I highly recommend this place.
